Where do you guys but legit 85 accounts?

i find some of the 85s sold is actually less then the $135 you need to get started in wow so are those legit? it actually sounds like a good deal seeing that i dont have to purchase time card, vanilla, bc, wotlk, and cata. also i save time for not grinding a toon to 85....

but i do worry about legitimacy issues

yea you bot up an account but you still have to pay 135 to get started.... some of these cata enabled accounts go for less than the starting fee you pay to start up an account so it really raises an issue of legitamacy(sp?)....
