Where do you get Gatherbuddy 2?

Where do you get Gatherbuddy 2? Do you have to pay extra for it? Since I only have access to GB1.

Also: how can do you get gatherbuddy 1 to turn to the mob while fighting it?

Gb2 is a path of Hb

i supose that you have an Hb key,so you can use Hb as well
