Where do you add a blacklist waypoint?

I am trying to add <764.2926, 279.6743, 0.1000029> to a blacklist so my bot will stop trying to go there during my ZK runs. The bot runs into a statue for 7-8 seconds every run trying to get to a loot container that does not exist.
