Where do I extract plugin stuff to?

As you can tell I am new to this and cannot find a step by step guide for anything.

I have the MapRunner plugin but I am unsure where to extract it to in order to be able to use it, configure it etc...

Folder is called "3rdParty". You can extract, or let it stay in zip, it does not matter.
