There is no key for HB.
Its all username/pass.
The one you used for the shop that you purchased it.

Edit, PvP only for hb2 today.

I would recommend the opposite actually. HB2 is a test and will likely be unstable and require a decent knowledge of the system as a whole, whereas HB 1.333 is pretty stable and is a good platform to learn on

Aye, for leveling 1.333 is better.
But battlegrounds/pvp i believe hb2 should be better, or at least functional with queueing.
1.333 has some problems with AV i've heard.
And no IoC and SoTA support.

check the txt file on your logs folder
it says NOT PAID
or AUTH BAD?

wrong username or password then, u have to use the one u bought it with, may be different that your forum one, depending on what u set it as
