Where can i find all Plugins

Yo, im new here and i hope someone can help me.

I search since 1 1/2 hours for a Plugin and i cant find it. The Plugin is called "ExMatt's GatherCollectable Plugin" and i need it for my profil.
Is there a listing or something for Plugins? I used the searchtool in the Forum without succes.
