Where are the best places to use Pokefarmer GLOBALY?

​I know most of you use Pokefarmer in USA. Are there good locations around the globe to bot? NYC or San Francisco and the other US cityes are good, but I don't think those are the only locations. I don't want any more Tauros.

San Fran is your best location overall in the world for pokemon, but for abroad London is great, Sydney and Tokyo. Big cities ='s big poke stops and lures.
