Whenever i wanted to update my HB

Hello there, I'd like to share this error and please help me out with solving it, Whenever i wanna do the update of HB i keep getting this message and i didn't recognize it yet http://imgur.com/s0FR3v9
I deleted it the whole HB folder and re-download it again but still same problem appears.
