Whenever I call blizzard they say "I cannot do anything about it, submit a ticket".

Hey, my main account got banned 17 months ago and another main account 16 months ago. One for abusing the economy (I sold around 250k gold to someone who revoked the paypal statement so I got 100% arsed from every angle here).

The account that I'd most want to get back was banned in February 2011 and it was for selling gold/abusing (see above)
The second account was banned March 2011 for Archaeology bot.

I'm speaking for the first account here but Blizzard does this for both accounts. Whenever I call to dispute it the best that I can the employee will say "I'm sorry sir but there is nothing that I personally can do about this, you'd need to submit a ticket through battle.net."

Question: How do you respond to this when submitting tickets online rarely works? Sometimes they'll say I'll write you a ticket online on your behalf but it always fails. How can you talk to a representative that can unban your account without them deferring you to writing an online ticket?

I don't think you can. The rep on the phone is like a milking cow lined up in the barn with all the other cows, where a GM is more like the bull that gets to screw everyone. Reps don't have access to the same information a GM has and would not have the authority to reverse a GM's decision.

You'll have to submit a ticket :)

Alright, guess I'm fucked. Any other (creative) ideas besides submitting a ticket? Has anyone sent a letter to Irvine, CA? :p
