When you alt tab to wow pause your movie playing.

Not sure if this is able to be done, but would love to have a plugin that when you alt tab to wow to check on a toon that is running, it could pause my movie and then when alt tab back it would start back up.

for instance there are times that you the ding sound when you reviece a message. You then are jumping back asap trying to figure out who, what and why you got messaged. If its the random lvl 1 gold spammer then w/e but if not and some random person you then are doing the turn around looking what is around you, and such stuff.. In those situations you are not looking at alwase pressing pause before you alt tab. That is the case not the fact of being lazy.

You can just install WIM, WoW instant messenger, then your messages dosent float away in the chat.

Yes this was a lagitimate question. I know that for winamp you are able to code addon/plugins or w/e you would like to. I know there is stuff able to be coded for gb/hb. Though like I stated, I do not know if this is able to be done.

Can you really not press 3 buttons then go check the PM?

Does the extra 1 second it takes to press space make a difference? Many people do not instantly reply to PM's.
