When will pokefarmer work?

I bought a license 3 weeks ago and have since been waiting for the new release or for my program to update.

So keys will be extended, .... great but when?
 
i bought a key this morning but nothing is working is the pokefarmer off line ?
 
We will post an announcement when it comes online. At this moment i can't give you an ETA
 
it looks like all bots are off at the moment and going to be for a long time
 
well ok will announce but at this point I would like a refund...... 3 weeks into a 1month key ....
 
your time will be refunded in full once the bot is back up my friend. So you will not have lost any time at all.
 
But like what CA has mentioned, your time will always be recompensed.
 
my point is you should not let peoples purchase something that does not work.
you should have disabled the checkout till it works
 
This has been explained many times before. As typically downtime is limited to less than a day or so, we have not implemented such a thing. Also any downtime past 24 hours is immediately refunded to the key as soon as the bot goes up, so there is zero loss. The next best thing would be a suggestion sent in regarding the status of the PF servers Greenlight for online and Redlight for down for maintenance, however there is no guarantee that this will be implemented, I can at least forward that on to the higher ups for consideration.
 
yes usually a few days.
now over 3 weeks and no eta so we are talking about at least 5 weeks
