When to start bot with Archaeology for best exp!

As the topic says. I wonder if Archaeolgy is good to level with. And is it safe? And if its good, what level is it best to use it?
 
I leveled from 70 to 85 with it. Very good. Takes a while, but if you have 280 flying at 70 to 80, and 310 from 80 to 85 its simple.
