When To Bot?

So for the past few months I've playing my character starting around 8 am, and only afking for bathroom, piss, etc. Up until about 1 am or so, and around 1 am I start my bot, until 8 am or so. They say try not to bot for more than 12 hours at a time, well, since I do 12 botting, and 12 playing, is this very safe? Usuaually my account gets 1-2 hours downtime each day.

Should I only bot every other night, how do you all do it? (Curious)

I've been botting 24/7 for the past 2 years. Not one single ban.

Really? I always hear people say to bot 17 hours a day max. This would make me much more money, are you sure that's safe?

He probably uses some relogger plugin and has a private profile.

There is no real reason why you shouldn't bot 24/7 unless your scared of getting banned,
and quite simply if your scared of getting banned you shouldn't be botting at all.

Gathering 24/7 no... That is the quickest way to get banned, plus have you ever tryed to move the goods a bot will gather in 24 solid hours of botting?

It takes me twice as long to sell all the goods I get. So if I bot for 24 hours, it takes me 2-3 days to sell all the herbs/ore and stuff I make from it.

Now yes I bot probably 20/24 hours using relogger and questing/archy buddy/gather buddy. I have not really tryed instancebuddy since I like to run instances myself. And I have not tried PvP buddy yet.
