When someone gets banned...?

Does their account get banned or does their whole battle.net account get banned?

Im just curious, because i would like to have another account and I am interested in linking it to the same bnet account, however if one gets banned I wouldnt like for them all to be banned.

No , Only the license that is breaching the EULA will recieve a ban, Regardless of .Bnet Affiliation, owners name or Credit card details.
