When should I start a WoD account

I have already arranged a trade for a fresh WoD account. I was wondering if anyone has heard if the 90 boost (that comes with the purchase) is going away anytime soon? I would like to wait to start the account until HB is stable to optimize my game time, but dont want to miss out on the boost.

HB is as stable as its always been. May as well just do the trade now and use the boost.

I'm gonna wait for Christmas and see what the WOD expansion goes for then. Might start 5 new accounts and let my botters go fallow for a while. It only takes a couple of days to raise up some new toons.
