There have been several posts but for those that can't be bothered to read:
1) It'll be done when it's done
2) It's not done because everytime Rift patches it pushes the release date back
3) Rift has been doing a lot of patching
4) For each day of bot down time, one day of time will be added for everyone once it's back up.
