It's a 3rd party product (tuanha combat routine) that is creating this message.
You need to go to tuanha webpage to get this updated/fixed.

Did you even read the rest of the thread?

Go update your tuanha CR's or take everything but Singular out of your Routines folder.

You don't have to disable everything. Just do an SVN update of your TuanHA routines and it fixes the issue.
