When I launc honorbuddy Key login do not pop up.

I've done everything correctly downloaded the zip folder extracted the files to one folder called Honorbuddy on my desktop made wow 32bit and on windowed mode and I checked it was written x86 on the bottom left of the wow loggin screen, I have logged the character and then I clicked on Honorbuddy the .exe file which was in the folder with all the rest of the files that were extracted from the zip file and yet there were no key login box pop up there is just a little box that i cant click on anything that pops up and has to do nothing with the key login I have contacted the support team several times they weren't really helping.
