When do you train for professions?

Well i started botting last week on a brand new account and my toon has hit 80 with kick's 1-90 questing profile, I still haven't leveled up professions. Should i level professions when i hit 90 or now?
When do you level your professions when leveling a toon?
As your leveling?
When you hit a specific level?

If you need gathering proffessions i suggest start leveling them at 85... and when you hit 525 go pandaria to level them up with great XP! (only ground profiles tough). Other proff's at 90

This, level and gather in Pandaria. Although, Kick's profiles are not perfect in Pandaria so you may turn to grinding profiles or BG's where there aren't that many herbs/ores available
