when do i get my user and pass?

I am a newb to this bot just purchased last night a lifetime sub. I have looked everywhere to find a user and pass and can't. I DL honorbuddy and cannot get it to do anything what am i missing. Thanks.
 
It's the same user info as the info you used to login into the shop. I dunno if its the same for everyone, but my login info is the same as my login info for the forums.

Same for me, when I get my subscriptions I can use them almost instantly.
 
I keep getting error message styx.helpers.logging exception i send error report then when i try to log on I get the same one and it will not close. I figured my user and pass were wrong.
 
What operating system are your running? and what is your bit at 32 or 64?
also please make sure you have .net framework 3.5 nothing higher or less then 3.5
 
I downloaded honorbuddy 1.9.6.0 btw and running it on w7 64 bit. Did I even get the right one. I got a lifetime of gatherbuddy. Sorry I am so confused.
 
Yeah that's the latest version. Post your logs in the HB thread.
 
hi i just purchased the 1 year honorbuddy but i cant get it to work at all when i start it i already have wow open and the character i wanna lvl when i start the honorbuddy then my buddy gets stuck and doesnt work anymore btw must i put the login name from my acc to the honorbuddy ?
