Ok i had this problem i seem to have found the solution
Download this program Installation Errors? Try BuddyDependency wizard run the installer as Administrator if windows warns you that one of them might not be installed correctly press reinstall.
If all is installed and done restart your pc(not always needed) download the latest Trinity and Tools and your problem should be solved
