whats wrong with my gatherbuddy

i load profile it does nothing,i use dungeon buddy ques and all then does noting just sits there
i get no erro messages i get nothing at all help me what to do i tried to use kicks profile and nothing i used it before with no problem it starts and everything but does nothing at all move nothing..i deleted and reinstalled
