What's the "party bot" used for?

Well I'm not 100% sure about this, but I've tried to run my bot account through bc instances and tried partybot but I don't think I can do that.. Also using IB with an 85 in group it'll leave the party.. I'm trying to help boost my toon until I find a good BC questing profile. Any help would be nice.

what errors you get while trying to run an instance?
