manual boredom. Oh wait they call it manual play thru all acts.
if you are over level for area and overgeared it takes an afternoon to do normal, day to do nm and a long time to do hell.

do it once and then run DB

i made the questing profiles, but random dungeons aren't supported yet

I got 1-30 in 1 day (act 1-4 normal) ... so it shouldn't take too much longer after that

I'd suggest leaving like nightmare / hell / inferno act 1 queen on while you're sleeping to help you get gold / xp so that you're over-level for the content, which makes questing easier ofc
