Monk and blm routines are difficult to design due to the nature of positionals/casts. Any routine for a monk has to take into account what to do when you're not in the right position for a given attack. Things also change based on what you're looking to do (fategrind or dungeons or raiding), and whether you're fully botting or just using combat assist. No offense to the work that Ex and Endus have put into their routines, but neither are really optimal except for dummy parses where you dont have to worry about moving for mechanics (at least, less optimal relative to their routines for bard or ninja). I monk in T13, and use a personalized version of Magitek that includes some idiosyncrasies of the the encounter and my playstyle.
