whats taking so long

I purchased my bot last night to find out that i cannot use it at all. I am now losing time on my subscription, not knowing how long it is going to take because we are not getting updates on anything at all. Other bot companies have already figured out how to keep their programs up with minimal down time why cant you guys. This is frustrating I paid for a subscription so i could start on my account this weekend. I didnt just want to donate my money to you guys for nothing.

You're not losing time on your sub because the subscription doesn't begin until you use the key for the first time, since that's not possible, you're fine.

I am able to login farther with my key entered than if i was not to enter a key. it just wont update

HB is like anything else you cant have 100 people working on it at 1 time. few skilled people working to go over all the new Blizzard code. then find ways around it to keep us safe. sometimes this is a easy few hour fix sometimes it takes weeks...

it's wiser to be cautious than to be hasty or rash and so do something you may later regret.

somebody that only charges $3 is already up and running. i thought this was the premium company that was on top of it. if the developer was working 24/7 to earn his money this would be done. We dont pay for nothing
