What do you guys think about the new mining zones to old test true area's

do you think you would make more money mining saronite in sholozar or mining elementium & pyrite in uldum .. with alot of people using the new profiles there is faster respawns but less nodes

hawkers math came out to 5g a node

i know i will get new is in demand and 100-300g a stack but i can fill all my bags and bank tabs and make the same after i smelt 1200+ ores of titanium and saronite

what do you guys think tho

The thing is that only the ores are worth something for Wrath of the Lich King. All of the herbs are worth shit, on my server anyway. Your only profit will be selling the smelted bars to vendors. This has its benefits over Cataclysm gathering. Primarily, you avoid the hassle of having to find buyers. Also, you will never die in Wrath of the Lich king gathering areas because mobs do not group up as much and are weaker. Your chances of getting PMed or caught are also minimal because no one is in those areas. I'm not sure how much money this would make.

Perhaps, you could find out?

A few gathering reports would help give us a clearer image.

I think i may actually take a day out of my farming to go back and test this method. Will report back and show information on the subject. Well if i get round to it! xD

oh i already know for my numbers what each makes

sholozar basin = 900g per 72 stacks of 20 saronite
uldum= 800g for 10 stacks at 80g per 20 stack or elementium
1500-3000@ 150-300g each for 5-10 stacks of 20 pyrite

for the moment for me uldum is easier and get more out of it but for future reference.. the option will be saronite unless they change something else. least for me and my mining operation!
