Whats going on?

hello there, im just wondering whats happened to Hb i cant get anything to work lately...all the profiles that i have been using for quite a long time arent workin..questing profiles and gathering profiles.all my chahracters seem to do is run then stop then run and do nothin..cant somone pls tell me whats going on time is gold ;(
