Whats best Griding or Questing?

As the title says, What would be the best to get a char from 1-70 Grind or quest?
And since alot of the quest profiles seems buggy I have to watch over mine all the time wich is kind of annoying.

Only reliable questing I've found is Kick's alliance, I've been able to afk them overnight.

I quested till 73 (botting) on a DK then used the bg bot to av level got me from 73-80 In a day.

grind for best xp quest for lesser chance of getting caught. And please ignore Primo. Spreading his/her ignorance in a lot of threads with unhelpful comments.

Grinding has a high chance to get banned. Better play it safe than regret it later.
If you are alliance, I advise you to use Kick's Profile. They are amazing! I used them to fully bot a level 85 character, only been stuck a few times ... I afked like 90% of it

Plus questing is faster

Yeah I've looked around and kicks ally profiles seem amazing but wtb more horde :d cba paying 20 ? to make it a horde after its leveled, thanks for all your help.
