Whats a good profile for a orc hunter and lock

I am very interested in purchasing HonnorBuddy, but is there any effective one for a hunter and lock?

Not calling you a liar, but I read in a couple places that it was time consuming? (not necessarily hard though)

For questing profiles, sure. For basic hotspot grinds it takes only minutes.
