What would it take to make a daily hunts plugin...?

The daily hunts seem to be a pretty important part of farming what you need to upgrade yasha gear...and its damn tedious.

Creating a bot for it would introduce a reasonable amount of complexity - probably moreso than the animus book plugin. Has anyone looked into developing one of these? I would definitely be happy to the grunt work of putting together all the grind areas for each of the mobs but I think the code that wraps around this to either

a) allow you to input which mobs to kill and how many; or
b) actually mines your hunting log items for the requisite information

is probably way out of my depth.

Has anyone looked into this/considered making such a plugin?

I think most people are waiting for flying support before writing anything for heavensward content. Some of the clan hunt marks need flying to reach.

You could take each of those approaches for manual input of what to kill or have it call for the info. Last option would just be to create a massive profile that goes out and kills 3 of every mob type that could possibly be on all 3 bills. As iyake pointed out this isn't possible until flying is introduced because bill 2 and 3 have mobs in fly only areas.

I'd be happy to do the highlevel work if you resolve spawn zones & pathing - but until flying, this likely a losing proposition.

Hah yup fair enough - looks like this is in mastahg's hands then =D....now we wait!

But this is totally something the community could crowd source, especially if there are a lot of people willing to do some of the grunt work.
