What will you do when your keys expire?

The new key system will be extended as I understand it. But I am no Official.

I recall them saying it would be good for 10 years or something like that.

Interesting they're even considering extending the lifetime keys further. Diablo II withstood the test of time, not sure if Diablo III will and certainly doubt World of Wacraft will. However, Everquest is still going and many other older games. I think I paid like ?20 for a HB key so I'd say fair deal regardless of how long it lasts at this point.
