What was your ticket response on your ban appeal?

I just got this answer:

"We have detected botting activity on this account and sent you an email with details on its suspension. This issue is closed and we will not accept further appeals."

So just wondering, what was your answer when you tried to appeal

Blizz provided as much information as they needed to in their email. Your initial ban email you received told you that they may not even respond to appeals. You were straight up told that there is absolutely zero chance you will be reinstanted. Was that not enough for you? Blizz has never, nor will they ever, reinstate accounts that were caught in a banwave. Why do you think you're special and everyone else isn't?

Don't degrade people, calling them children you don't know a thing. You don't know what kind of appeal was made neither do I. We don't even know what kind of detection method was used, whether or not it was 100% accurate or if there WAS some innocent casualties we simply don't know, mainly cause they don't tell us. Whether or not the reply was straight to the point does not matter, I could be straight to the point and screw all sense of customer service and appreciation and get fired a few days later. As up and including the time that has been paid for we are still customers and deserve a respectful answer to any and all issues raised in the appeal.

In the end, even though ToS was broken does not mean we are the dirt under someone's heels we still pay or have paid.

Eh, we got caught breaking TOS. The fact you got a reply at all is more than we deserve.

It wasn't rude at all. The account suspension/closure email told you everything you needed to know.

You're wasting their time. You know what you did. They know what you did. Case closed.

You see, I do know exactly what kind of appeal they sent in, as the title of this thread clearly states "ban appeal". If you go back and read the title of the thread again, you will see it, too. The response they received from blizz also clearly backs that evidence up...if you do need more evidence after reading the thread.

What kind of detection scheme they used doesn't matter in the least bit. The only thing that's clear is there's some sort of detection. You should go look up the definition of "collateral damage". Blizz is aware that these may occur, but it's also part of the game. A person wouldn't be posting on these forums if they weren't guilty of botting to begin with.

I'm sorry you're offended by the use of the word hate. I would say I hate that you hate that word, but that's a straight up lie. Your local college probably has a "safe area" that you can go to avoid hearing such nasty words like that in the future.

You know what kind of appeal he or she wrote? When he clearly did not post his appeal? Just the answer he got. Damn you are definitely some form of clairvoyant. Your initial sentence perfectly describes to anyone what kind of pre-judgemental person you really are. "ban appeal" you say, clearly it is about a ban, don't be an idiot and take things out of context.

Oh so it didn't matter that the NSA used PRISM? If you read the news you may be persuaded to think otherwise. It does matter what method they use. It does matter what they get to see and what they SHOULDN'T get to see whether they ACT upon it or not. Not to mention the shady practices ongoing between bossland and blizzard.

When someone says "I just got this response" and the title of their post is "What was your ticket response on your ban appeal?", It's pretty fucking clear what their appeal was in reference to. If that makes me clairvoyant, well shit, I guess I'm clairvoyant. If the shoe fits, I'm going to wear it.

I think I should actually share some of my clairvoyance. I don't think you'd dislike me if you weren't offended by what I wrote. I rather feel sorry for you as well. Once again, your local college probably has a "safe area" you can go to where words like hate won't be used in such an offensive manner.
