What type of botting can we do to increase out guild rep?

Im looking to try and get more rep with my guild, how I was away from the game for long i lost a lot of it , however i want to be able to get the heirloom items for my account. Any ideas or suggestions would be great thank you

Just do arena with a guild member. The guild reputation you get is insane for a win.
Especially, with the guild tabard.
