What to upgrade on my PC to be able to run more bots? Hard Drive vs CPU

What would allow me to run multiple bots more efficiently?


Going from a 7200RPM Hard Drive --> Solid State Drive (SSD)

or

Going from a 3.0ghz dual core CPU --> 3.5ghz quad core CPU

CPU. HDD (SSD) deals with loading times, due to that's not really doing anything CPU resources, more just loading into memory, CPU deals with all logical things.

CPU First then SDD. You'll see drastic changes.
Go with the I5 2500k its well priced for performance.
