What to do with herbs?

Like the title says............What do you guys do with your herbs?
After receiving my first *ever* "abuse of the economy" ban last month, I have been super paranoid to post too many auctions lately; Especially posting raw mats (herbs/ores) since I think that is why I got the ban in the first place (I posted like well over 400 auctions in an attempt to clear my farmer's guild bank out for some space). I do play on a very high population server, but herbs aren't always in as much demand as I would like them to be (and NOBODY likes to have to re-post auctions every 1-2 days because they didn't sell).
I guess my question to all of you fellow botters is:
What is the best way you have found to make the most money from herbs with an inscriptionist?

Make Mysterious Fortune Cards and either AH thoses or flip them. I usually get at least 3 5k's a week, however, i flip 7000 cards a week.

What is the best way you have found to make the most money from herbs with an inscriptionist?

I've lost 4 accounts in the last 6 months and almost $1k USD value accounts + their contents.

Rules of Thumb:
#1 - The best rule of thumb for using the AH i've found is no more than ~120 Auctions posted per 24 hr period.
#2 - SEE RULE #1 NEVER clean your Bank on the AH, do it via Trade Chat (if your not lazy), or just Vendor it all, or Xfer it to a Alt with another Bank if you really are that cheap.

Figuring out What To Do:

-> Complicated Method: (~120 Auction) Still walking a thin line, but much safer. My person method is using TheUndermineJournal to find the top seller of each herb on my server, taking their amount and limiting each item to half of that person's (still sticking to the overall 120 Auctions Limit). Using ProfessionBuddy, set each item up manually for sale on the AH, limiting to Full Stacks (Stack Count : 20), and limiting to a set # of Auctions, with a Time of 12-24 Hours (Depending on how fast it sells, the faster it sells, the less time you need leave it on the AH, and the less you should post). In the same PB Profile, make sure to Bank FIRST, have it Withdraw only what your posting.

Simple Method:
Set IB to only Farm what you want, make a PB profile that moves to AH on Full Bags, Firstly remove undercut Auctions, set it to post Herbs at Max Stacks, with a Limit of # of Auctions. Loop to Mailbox and Vendor whatever Didn't sell (to avoid over-posting and still profit without waiting).
