What to do if I spammed dungeons 1-90 and now can't do dungeons 90-100?

I botted 1-90 through dungeons only and my spec is healer. My item level is 333 and I need 500 to do the first WoD dungeon. I doubt as a healer spec I could go through question on WoD. What should I do?
 
Buy dual specialization, change to a DPS class and choose your healing spec as loot specialization if you want. Then go questing, most quest rewards in the first WoD area have 510+ ilevel.

Do the quests to get garrison, then youre at 500
 
heal in PVP and gear up a bit there ..and change loot specialization to DPS gear and then quest over that hurdle
 
You did not specify your class, but if needed dual-spec a dps spec that need intellect gear so it will work decent as a healer. You quest rewards will be intellect then. Do quests. Elemental for shaman, balance for druid, etc.

or just do the quests as a disc priests, its quests after all.
 
how do I choose my dps spec as loot specialization or just go dps and check for healing loot?
 
Right click your character icon/face and set loot spec in the drop down menu
