check this out. usually when i open an account i set it up with my paypal . than instantly turn around and take it off and use game cards. well i had an account banned last week that i JUST bought a time card for. so i said fack it and filed a claim since blizz claimed i was selling gold inwhich i wasn't.. i was just farming and distributing to my other characters.

i suppose i forgot to take paypal off one account and they decided to lock that account up until i return the money. the account they locked up i have put 2 months of game cards on but the paypal must of still been active ( but not charged due to the 2 months of game cards)

What are your thoughts and comments. blizz wouldn't overturn my ban for simply farming so i decided to do a paypal claim since i just put it on the account.

yea but i pay for service.... just like everyone else.... so i can lease you a car , make you put a down payment of lets say $3500 and then the next day say i'm sorry were taking the car back and you aren't getting your $3500 back..

Anyhow, i think i came out on top even though they disabled the account the money i got was from the account i got banned.. so ill call in and pay the gametime with the money i got returned from the other account

doesnt matter : / they say in their terms of use that they can basically do what ever they want to your account and shut it down for any reason and that they own it.

Not bs as its in the TOS and what every major MMO company has in their TOS too. As for the HB case putting a dent in their budget I doubt they'd notice as they make around a billion dollars a year.

when i said BS i didn't mean it wasn't true. i was just saying in general it is BS...( highway robbery) if they weren't putting a dent in their budget than why go after bots. people are quitting by the day because they are frustrated. and i bet its botters themselves who are the ones complaining the most because they are greedy..

understandable BUT thats like saying i just fired you because you're a lazy worker though you posted the best numbers. but yet i just fired you because you were a racist worker. it just doesn't seem fair/right that a gaming company can put that in their tos. " here pay for USAGE of the game but yet i can cancel your account at anytime if i feel like it". something just doesn't seem right about that...

Honestly that seems like discrimination to me . also like saying "i own a restaurant and people who are white aren't allowed in ". But you can get a togo order and we'll deliver it when we can... that is IF we want too..

sounds like a good idea, but that is their job. just like bill collectors who call every other day. its their job, their like honey badgers they don't care, they take what they want when they want.

First of all, I'm a business manager, and I wouldn't hesitate for a second to fire a racist worker
That said, I'm not arguing how fair or unfair it is, I just pointed that even though they sent you the gold selling email doesn't necessarily mean that's the reason they banned you for, and only because you said you'd understand if they had banned you for use of third party applications.
I was, if nothing else, trying to give you some peace of mind.

That said, the ToS is clear. No one is pointing a gun at us, forcing us to break it. We (should) know a ban can come at any second, and we only have ourselves to blame.
