What should i change on my pc , if i want to use more honorbuddy sessions

hello , the fps on the game is getting low if i use many sessions of honorbuddy . so what should i change on my pc ? because i don't have experience about pcs and i don't know what is the job of each one of them.
should i change the graphic card ? or cpu? or it's about the ram ? , and my pc is getting hot also. so what should i use ? liquid cooler or air cooler?

okay biggest thing we need to know what you have.

Ram and cpu would be the most important upgrade. But not all motherboards can use all cpus. so you have to be far more specific.

im using gigabyte z97x-sli motherboard / 32 gb ram / i7-4790k cpu / gtx 980-4gb graphic card . but the graphic card is the most important thing to keep the fps good in game right ?
