I believe the only unsupported Microsoft opreating system is Windows XP.
You can still 'use' Honorbuddy on Windows XP, but we will not be able to help you if issues occur.
For the dependencies, you should always use the BuddyWizard.
It will install exactly everything you need.

Download it, extract it and run it as administrator.
And as far as the bot itself. I'd reccomend launching the actual bot by
Honorbuddy.exe
As far as I'm aware, there's some issues with the Honorbuddy Launcher currently.
If you're using Battle.NET, you'll need to set it so that it loads the 32bit WoW.exe instead of the 64bit.

After you do that, launch World of Warcraft as you normally would, login to your account/character - then start the bot by using
Honorbuddy.exe
