What method is actually successful?

Hello, I've used various ways to level and bot, however from 85-90 what is really the most efficient and quickest way to bot to 90 from 85?

grind+quest

i do the basic quests when i arrive to make the ship disappear
after that i grind the monkeys, gathering herb and ore till im 86-86.5
some quests again in Jade Forest, then grind again in VOTFW or whatever its called (the granary grind)
some bg, dungeons
usually i hit 87+ so i do some basic quests in Kun Lai to hit 88+ and get the towns (repair/mailbox)
yeti till 90
