What mage spec works best for leveling up via questing?

Frost all the way, you want that level of survivability, just having your frost elemental gives you that. the only time i would ever use arcane is during raiding.

I just got my Mage to 85 today with HB. Leveled as frost whole way no problems. I second the good survivability leveling as frost. I'd recommend using amplify CC aswell.
