Seriously!?! I get it.......you guys get a lot of repeated emails over the same BS. i realize that can be super annoying. Nevertheless, what do you expect?

#1 Your forum search bar system is terrible. You type something in and you get 500 things that weren't even relevant to the search request, no matter how specific you try to make it.

#2 When something does go wrong like this "Tripwire" you go into avoid everyone mode and give limited information about it or your stance on the matter. Its like you are all politicians! lol

#3 Of course we want to know what is going on......even if we realize the boting is "at your on risk"!

#4 We "PAID" for this......the system its self was NOT a free download, thus, of course we expect prompt answers.

We completely understand and have faith in your reasoning for shutting down the system to protect people, but nonetheless, it would be nice to have more information than you are giving. Especially just being honest and straight forward with what all this means, instead of using computer language for those who don't speak it.

Again, we understand that you get 500 of the same messages but perhaps you wouldn't if you sent out a mass email with exact details of what is going on with the system we paid for, or at the least giving more information on your ADMIN forum post than what you have. Instead you just threaten everyone and then delete or close the post. It isn't going to stop so instead maybe leave them open for your posters and customer to discuss what is going on amongst themselves.

Regardless, Thank you for the great system. You just need to work on your communication and customer relation skills.
