What is this Delay in Trinity caused by? Fix?

Wondering what causes this and how to fix it. I think its causing my DB to fail after a little while.
 
That could be your AV interfering with processing. I used to have issues like that long ago and narrowed it down to my ESET, ended up disabling HIPS.

First off, thanks for the reply and help!

That being said, i have no idea what ESET and HIPS is. I'm assuming AV is anti-virus?

EDIT: Googled it and did some research. Took the same steps as you advised. Thanks again.
