What is the most profitably of these?

So I recently started gathering ore using a miner who also had Engineering. The extra Volatile Air I get is fantastic and well really well, but I'm not really sure if having Herbalism instead would give more gold.

Have any of you tested Mining/Engineering vs. Mining/Herbalism? And if so, what were your findings?

I vote for Mining/Herbalism
(Have tried both)

You'll gather materials MUCH faster, you will almost make the bags full twice as fast as Mining/Engineering

Was about to make another point but I lost it somewhere along the way ^^
