What is the method you guys use for sniping/nest farming?

Okay if I'm correct, to snipe a pokemon means to teleport straight to where it spawned and catch it.

So for example,

I saw a Gyrados spawning somewhere, used PokeFarmer to set the exact location and started farming at exactly where it spawned, and caught it. But of course, immediately coming back to where you were will get you soft banned because it sort of detects you teleported.

And also, if you were say, farming at location A, and suddenly you want to catch something elsewhere and do the above mentioned method, it would also appear to the system as you teleported from location A to the pokemon, and will also most likely get you softbanned due to the sudden massive change in location.


How do you guys do it? And reading about all these awesome nests, some in Hong Kong, some in Central park, some at a certain pier are all different continents from where I am. How do you guys go there and farm/snipe and come back to your usual location without getting a softban/any type of ban? Do you wait for a period of time? Or is there something I'm missing here completely?

There is a program for sniping. Not sure how it does it but if you input stuff correctly it snipes without softbanning you.

Is it ok to snipe whilst still farming with the bot?

What I am doing with Pokesniper is I "teleport" close to the pokemon I want, like one block down the road, so I will go first to a Pokestop and the bot will unban me, then only I move the bot to the exact position to catch the pokemon I want..

Then I teleport back to central park where I get soft ban again but the bot will take care of it.. I usualy get softban at least 20 times a day

Damn, balls of steel sir. Many people and like myself, are trying to avoid softbans as much as possible.. but then again, if it's an alt account, it's ok. But sometimes with the effort and all, the alt becomes more precious than our main accs lol.

I'm using what you're using but like what Karalho said, I'd move to 1 block down to reset softban then go back to the loc to catch the pokemon...

It's probably not a good idea, even though Pokesniper2 somehow bypasses the softban, it doesn't mean that it won't trigger a flag on your account or put red tapes all over it.

That being said, I'd imagine the answer is yes as long as you are botting within your residential area I think.
