what is the fastest way 90-100

Hello buddies

I got 5 account that are currently lvl 90 and I want them to go to lvl 100.
is it better to use questing or group them up and use dungeonbuddy ?

I am sure this has been answered before, but, Questing has not only been faster but proven to be safer allowing a better AFK.
