what is the fastest build for dominus run?

He mentioned a 10ex budget tho.
the "fastest" is by far summon raging spirit, though i'm not 100% sure how easy it'd be to configure the basic routine to use them well. manually you can actually precast SRS to the point you almost instantly kill dom, but given the limited settings for SRS in the bot's example routine i'm not sure how well they'd work.
I'm personally just using a crit reave char that does him fairly well with ~4ex spent on the build as a whole mostly by lowballing no buyout shop postings and crafting my own dagger

I'm using an RF build, Forum - Marauder - Oro's Righteous Fire Marauder [1.2.0] - Path of Exile to be exact. He goes down pretty quick with this.
It's 9-10Ex for this build.
Edit: It takes some time to levvel up the gems/char levle for this though.

I use a double strike coc discharge build. Way under 10ex. Kills each phase in about 2 seconds (literally before dominus can even cast first spell most of the time, lol)
Notable items: Rat's Nest, Maligaro's, Voll's Protector (5L), random rare daggers (Maybe worth 5-8ex total?)
which one? the SRS build or the crit reave?
SRS build i use a modified version of Forum - Scion - [1.2.1] Rampage | SRS Build | HP | Insane Damage | Atziri Farming | Cheap - Path of Exile though the basic idea remains the same i did my passive tree a bit differently to achieve more or less the same end result.
crit reave i'm using a build of my own but Forum - Shadow - Manocean's Life Based 1H+Shield Phys Crit Shadow - Beyond League - Path of Exile has a dagger build in it that's close enough to point you in the right direction

you following a build on the forums for this? i've been looking at a similar, but far more expensive, one but i'm still trying to gather all the pieces before i can do it.
i was using rarity for my RF char that just farmed zones, and in a perfect world i'd bot a 2nd account programmed as a culler for maximum rarity, but as it is now i mostly just run a bit here and there on my rares where i can afford it, think i've got maybe 80% rarity in total, more once i can drop a gem in my links in favor of the rarity gem without losing a ton of damage but i avg about 1 stash tab of uniques per 8 hours, could be a lot higher if i optimized a bit better but for botting i feel like speed > quality, more runs means more loot overall which means more raw currency and chances for uniques to drop.
as for key items like mentioned before (rats nest, maligaro's, etc) i find that given enough patience you can get them for FAR below market value just by trolling xyz for "online" but no buyout set and whispering them with lowballs, 99 nos and 1 yes is still worth it to get a decent roll rats nest for 5c (like i did
