What is the decent going rate per k to a buyer?

Was wondering how much is good. or how much one could expect per k for gold.

I understand that it is on a server per server basis but If I was to try to hunt down a buyer I would appreciate knowing what the going rate is currently.
 
i keep getting offered .30 per k

want to find a better gold buyer also. lmk!
 
Wow... what server are you guys on? Getting ripped off I'd say. I sell mine at $1.00 per 1k, and I sell a lot. Depends on your server I guess. Mine is overpopulated. On an average week I make around $400-$600. I run 3 accounts, 2 bots, 12/7.

is that even worth the risk?
 
selling to chinese gold brokers is between 0.25 and 0.4 per 1kgold. thats the standard price i guess. same as it was before MoP.
private buyers pay obvious more.

problem private buyers is: if you run a couple of bots, you just dont have the time to find buyers. there is to much babybot sitting.
problem2 with private buyers: to many scammers out there

problem with chinese brokers: lower price. but no wasted time, no scammers.

edit:
forgot to mention... i talk about EU prices. US is a little higher as i have heard.
 
I only use private buyers. Never had a problem with scammers. lol
Rather get paid fairly for my time and risk than get minimum wage. lol
 
Might be a stupid question but, how do you even look for private buyers?
 
Just sold 245K for 0.26 EURO/K, it's not great but it wont go over 0.3 on my server, atleast not from the chineses.

If someone wants to help me, feel free to help. ^^ Getting a few hundred k a month so..

Nope, it isn't. I hit up my usual buyer on patch day and he offered me .32
Pretty shitty seeing as how they sell to people for 1.4
 
their massively duping panthers and expensive tcg mounts at the moment i think, no other explanation why the prices are this low at the start of a new content patch.

Same, 2 accounts. 100$ minimum a week. You have to find the private buyers, if you could get away with one " WTS gold" in trade chat you would make a killing. I caught a kid "WTB Gold" in trade chat one afternoon and have been selling 100k+ to him weekly.
 
Are the guys out there with 50 hunters in Halls of Lightning all day and night? That must be the hot gold-making instance or something...

Watch out for the scammers tho! They're definitely out there..I'd suggest you look and make sure you're buyer is verified on the forums and has good feedback to avoid bein scammed
