thread starter: my opinion healer cause if you are dd you will automaticly attack the tanks target really sucks when your a rogue or some meele class..

i'd say heal too simply cause you will get an invite instantly(at least on my realm)
leveling is way quicker ^^

DD is safer in my opinion as the party doesnt really depend on you, so if you get stuck somewhere they probably won't care.

Waw when I was using HB instancebuddy was still in beta and sucked a lot !

Heals - I took a priest from 15 to 85 on IB heals. It got REALLY sketchy from 84-85, other than that its sooo easy. Get a good CC that allows you to adjust when to cast what and when and you can be VERY mana efficient.

Only reason it got sketchy is due to the mana cost of spells and the amount of mana you have +mp5 -- that being said all you have to do is watch it around 84.

I am trying to get started back on my priest 80-85. Played shadow leveling 1-80 with disc for dungeons.

Sparks - I did not run holy. I am not a huge fan of holy and personally i think it is too mana intensive. Don't get me wrong, it has its place, namely for me it is in a raid, not a 5 man.

Get a bunch of mastery, your shields will absorb soooo much damage. Then, get ensemble's CC for priests. It is also very mana efficient.

I basicly chain ran w/ a tank from my guild that knows that I bot over and over for a few days. All in all about 8-10 hours a day in Blackrock, Stonecore, Lost City, and Halls of Orig. over two days got me 85. Easy mode. Actually I played my alt account tanking pally a few times while I healed myself through some of the dungeons. Good stuff.

If you have any questions or want more input dont hesitate to reply.

PS - Even if your good heals, and with the right CC and decent greens you will be - IB & HB wont fix bad groups. Don't get discouraged if you get a few bad ones. It's bound to happen even if your doing your part perfectly.

Akassaw sounds like u did what I plan to do. I haven't tried IB at all yet. Have 2 accounts and always wanted to make a warrior but hate lvling one. Last time tried was before randoms. So what thinking is I play warrior tank and let IB play the disc priest. Should be instant queues.

With me being tank will IB be fine from lvl 15-85? Would think be ok since I know healer is bot, will basically be dual boxing easy way.

And you say ensembles CC. Anything else need or suggest? (Plugins, mods)

I can't think of anything else that you should do. Oh - turn off the "Leave blacklisted dungeons" just incase you get an odd instance out of right field, the bot can handle it as long as you take the time to help it through whatever the bot itself cant handle.

EDIT: Turn off "Use smite" and turn off "Use Wand". Smite = mana loss = not good.... wand, well, even when i am healing i dont wand...
